• Dirt-road exploration

• Recreational cycling

• Gravel racing and events

• Riders seeking one bike for both road and dirt

Ride & Handling

The Diverge is designed to balance quick, lively road manners with stability on rougher terrain. Its gravel-oriented platform makes it suitable for riders who regularly transition between pavement, gravel, and dirt rather than limiting their riding to a single surface.

The 700x38c Pathfinder Sport tires add versatility for mixed-surface routes, while the aluminum frame keeps the complete bike weight at approximately 22 lb, 9.2 oz.

Comfort & Fit Components

The bike's cockpit is configured around a Specialized Shallow Drop handlebar, 3D-forged alloy stem, and Supacaz Suave tape. A Body Geometry Bridge saddle with steel rails and an alloy seat post complete the primary rider contact points.

These components provide a practical foundation for longer mixed-surface rides while maintaining the responsive characteristics expected from a gravel bike.

Rider Safety & Guidance

• Always wear an appropriate bicycle helmet and use suitable protective equipment.

• Inspect the brakes, tires, wheels, drivetrain, and quick-release/axle components before each ride.

• Maintain appropriate tire pressure for the rider's weight and riding surface.

• Reduce speed and increase braking distance on loose gravel, wet surfaces, and uneven terrain.

• Confirm that all components are properly adjusted before riding.

• Use appropriate lighting and visibility equipment when riding in low-light conditions.

• The bike's suitability for a particular trail or terrain depends on the riding conditions and the rider's skill level.
