1. Return Period

Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Earrings (unless damaged or incorrect)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund after review.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method or bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
