0–10 MPH Speed Range

Choose speeds from 0 to 10 MPH, allowing you to run at approximately a 6-minute mile pace. With a compatible iFIT subscription, the treadmill can automatically adjust speed during supported workouts for a hands-free experience.

0–10% Incline Range

The motorized 0–10% incline range supports training for everything from 5K preparation and marathon training to hiking and incline walking. Automatic incline adjustments can also simulate elevation changes during compatible iFIT workouts.

ActivePulse™ Heart-Rate Training

Pair a compatible Bluetooth® heart-rate monitor with iFIT to use ActivePulse™, which can automatically adjust treadmill speed and incline to help keep you within a targeted heart-rate zone. Train subscription required.

SelectFlex™ Adjustable Cushioning

The SelectFlex™ cushioned deck allows you to adjust the feel between softer and firmer cushioning. The system is designed to absorb impact while providing support for walking, jogging, and running.

Space-Saving Folding Design

When your workout is complete, fold the treadmill and roll it away to maximize available floor space. Press the black release bar with your foot and the treadmill lowers back into position when you're ready to exercise.
